USCIS Announces Regional Center Direct Email Line

On September 13, 2011, USCIS the creation of a direct email line to I-924 Application for Regional Center adjudicators to streamline processing of applications. The change is the first in a series of enhancements to the EB-5 program.

The direct email line will allow Regional Center applicants to email questions regarding Requests for Evidence (RFE) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID) and receive clarifications. The email line will also be used to sent the attorney of record informal copies of RFEs and NOIDs.

Responses to RFEs and NOIDs will not be accepted through the email system.  The email system will not respond to inquiries regarding I-526 Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur, I-829 Petitions to Remove Conditions, Motions to Reopen, or other matters.
