USCIS Announces of TPS for Nationals of Nicaragua and Honduras
USCIS announced an 18 month extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) authorization for nationals of Nicaragua and Honduras. TPS authorization was set to expire on July 5, 2010 for nationals of Nicaragua and Honduras. TPS is extended through January 5, 2012. The extension does not apply to nationals who entered the United States after December 30, 1998.
