Preservation of Appeal - Time Deadlines  

Timing is extremely important in when appealing any decision.  Most courts require a decision be appealed within a limited time period - often as little as 30 days.  If you are serious about appealing a court decision, you should retain legal counsel as quickly as possible.  Failure to timely file a notice to appeal may waive your right to appeal your case.
