Employment-Based Immigration: TN Status

The Chander Law Firm represents companies seeking to employ Canadian and Mexican nationals in skilled occupations under the TN visa program.

The TN visa program has rigid requirements with regard to type of occupation and level of education.  Problems can arise when employers are seeking to employ Canadian and Mexican nationals in positions that do not clearly fall into the designated occupational classifications.
